Attachment

I have sought special training in attachment through the lineage of John Bowly, or "The Father" of attachment, Mary Ainsworth, and Mary Main.  I have attended an intensive two week AAI or Adult Attachment Interview training and I am knowledgeable about this instrument, however, I am not a certified coder.  Attachment is fundamental to our development.  We are deeply affected while in utero to age three.  Some researchers extend our foundational period to age six.  Working with this time in life can open up self understanding.  Why do I do what I do?  How did I get to be Me?  Can I be more Me?  These questions and their answers can be life changing.
